matt hamil against bisping, and shogun against machida... vera was the agressor the WHOLE fight, and did MUCH more damage... i really like randy, and don't really care for vera, but vera won that fight!

Vera landed some nice kicks here and there, but I really didn't he looked too good. I gave him the second round. The first could have went either way.

crow, c'mon my man.. 1st round was even, 2nd and 3rd to vera.. all randy did was push him up against the fence and every once in awhile land a punch of 2.. vera was landing some VERY nice kicks.

IDK, Randy controlled pretty much the whole first 3:00 of the 3rd round. Vera started coming on at the end, but I think it was too late.

If anything it should have been a draw.

I dont think either guy did much to win the fight, the only reason Randy won is because he kept him pressed against the cage for the entire fight.  Vera landed 2 or 3 very effective strikes but thats about it.  I also could have seen that fight as a draw.

damn, maybe i saw a different fight.. i saw vera coming out VERY agressive, w/numerous pretty vicious kicks.. didn't see much offense (or maybe i should say damage) out of randy, other than octagon control by laying on him against the fence.  feel bad for vera.

everyone is entitled to there opinion...hense why judges are way off sometimes....you saw vera winning the fight, i saw couture winning the fight....that is why there are split decisions in the ufc, nothing we can do to change that.

I definitely thought Vera won the fight.

Didn't two of the judges have it 30-27 also???
