With the hype around UFC 100 and Lesnars success you are about to get every red neck trailer park WWF fan to become the next UFC expert. I have been to over 50 ufc events including Lesnar - Mir I and was shocked at the crowd last night at Mandalay Bay.....it was much more like a WWF event than any UFC card I have ever attended. Don't get me wrong it was a lot of fun but the same people that think wrestling is for real are now spending all their $$$ on UFC ..... Vince McMahon got rich and famous off these ass clowns, now it's Dana White's turn. I can't tell you how many people I heard last night around the event at MB talking about "how would stone cold do" "what about HHH?" wouldn't it be great to see HHH and Lesnar in a UFC fight ?

I can say it was very commical and good for some laughs.
They also had alot of the WWF stars in attendance last night. Cena, Undertaker, Orton....they were all sitting ringside.

I know that is exactly what I meant....I was referring to our conversation last week about Sherdog people coming over and why don't we get more posters in the MMA board on here. Then we had the realization that less is more and what makes this the best section on here is the lack of BS and the open conversations that take place. I think after last night and with Lesnars influx and now Bobby Lashley on the way you are about to see a very different UFC in the heavyweight division than you see in any other divisions.

Let's get something straight. I'm one of Brock's fans, and yes, it is MOSTLY due to the fact that, up until a couple years ago when I REALLY started getting into the UFC, I was a fan of his in the WWE. ANYONE doubting Brock better wake the F up. I've been saying (on this forum included) that Brock would beat Mir and is the real deal, but you all keep dismissing him as some sort of a side-show freak. Just because he doesn't have a background in MMA and has been thrust into the spotlight so quickly, doesn't mean he's not legit. And yes, he can come off as an arrogant prick, but so can the Diaz brothers, Tito Ortiz, BJ Penn, etc., etc., and that doesn't take anything away from them. That crap last night is just who Brock is and, as he grows and matures and realizes that the UFC is a different animal than the WWE, he'll change. But y'all better recognize that he's here to stay, and y'all better stop doubting him.. all of you.

Yeah we already saw it last night. If it gets bad I will just move on to somewhere else. Hopefully they are just bandwagoners and will find something else. This is one of the last good forums here and if this ends up getting cluttered then I will have no use for this site anymore.

Well not many WWE stars could handle UFC. Lesnar can because he's a beast. Bobby Lashley could because he's a beast. Triple H isn't athletic enough to do it, Cena is strong as hell but he wouldn't make a good fit. Orton wouldn't fit. I really don't know if I could see anybody else make the switch. The Great Khali would be very interesting though.
