 Just made the jump into first from third place and its time for another solid night in the CFL.

Kudos KL...I didn't know we had our own going on over there.I'm just in the overrall one.LY I finished 19th out of 18,000 peeps in the NFL Regular Season contest.

I've been lights out on the sides on wagerline, and terrible on the OVER/UNDERS so i'm giving up on those for the year! I finished in the top 25 overall last year, and have some work to do to get back there this year...

Hey Keith, my book has the line at -3.5 for the Blue Bombers! Did something happen to  make that happen or is everyone just jumping on the TiCats???

I dug, and dug, and dug, and there is nothing that would make me believe that Hamilton has any chance of coming out on top in this one.  Defensively, they have no answer for the Roberts, Glenn, and Stegall triple threat.  Winnipeg established the run early last week, keeping the Tabbies LB's at bay, and opening up the secondary for Stegall, Brazell and co to run free.  Something continues to be fundamentally wrong with the Tiger Cats offense... and it starts with Jason Maas. His arm strength is not where it needs to be, and he's not making his reads, consistently missing wide open receivers running free down the seams! Also, what happened to the commitment to the run?!?!?!
 
Winnipeg -4.5 is a gift in my books.  As usual, i'll be at the game today, and expect the Tiger Cat faithful to be heading for the aisles VERY early in this one.
 
It's too bad I couldnt get a line on whether or not the Tiger Cat fans are "booing" their team off the field at half... i'd be all over it!

So you think it's merely a case of the public jumping on the TiCats??? Why in the world would they be doing this? Is it just a case of them being "due" or is it b/c they're playing at home? I can't figure it out myself either. It was -5.5 yesterday night and I check it this morning and it's now sitting at -3.5. I'm very confused  by this....
 
What are your thoughts on why the Bombers will come out on top for this one Keith?

-3.5?!?! What?!?!  Been hearing about this in the local media, maybe it's inspired uneducated cappers to lay on the Cats:
 
BLACK OUT NIGHT AT IVOR WYNNE STADIUM THIS FRIDAY

Hamilton, Ontario – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are excited to present Black Out Night this Friday during their home game with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. All fans in attendance are encouraged to wear black clothing to Ivor Wynne Stadium.

The first 20,000 fans that enter the gates at Ivor Wynne will receive a free black foam hammer to help cheer on the Ticats.

In addition, the black out theme will be evident throughout the stadium with the team donning black jerseys and black pants while the Dofasco TigerVision video board and the team’s official website, Ticats.ca, will take on new looks. Fans can also indulge in black licorice at concession stands and listen to black out-themed music, which will be played over the course of the evening.

Black merchandise will be readily available, as fans will receive $10 off the purchase of the combination of a black hat and black shirt at any of the merchandise booths located within Ivor Wynne.

Also appearing at Friday’s game will be Robbie, a 500-pound tiger from the Bowmanville Zoo that will be on the field prior to the 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

Determined basically sumed it up. Winnepeg can do damage, they have a solid defensive line and a decent secondary that can stop the run unlike BC did the night Hamilton showed offense. Winnepeg doubles up the ticats like they did last week.

Sportsfanatic - Quite simply, Bombers are the better team, in every aspect of the game.
 
Here is some food for thought:
 
- Bombers have scored twice as many points as the Tiger Cats this season (142 - 70)
- going into yesterday's game, Bombers offense featured the top receiver, running back, and QB in the CFL (Stegall, Roberts, Glenn)
- Tiger Cats defense in disarray, 2nd worst in the league, allowing 27.8 ppg, versus the league's best offense
- Winnipeg defense ranked 2nd against the run allowing just over 82 ypg
 
That enough reason for you...

Did anybody else catch this? 0-5 and making guarantees.. they couldn't possibly do a worse job of running this team.
