#1 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:18:39 PM He said, he doesn't get nervous in any games & that he won't be nervous either for the biggest game of his career, SB XLVII. He further said the last time he got nervous was when he was a kid.
Okay, whatever you say Kap! |

#3 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:33:04 PM Saw all of his home games at Nevada. Always calm and collected. Like he knows it's just a game. His arm, his legs and his confidence make him special.

#4 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:38:26 PM Jim Harbaugh interview live at NFL Network. Looks like the coach is a little nervous. Just imagine on media day with Kap let alone the big game.

#5 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:42:13 PM It's not like he's loaded down with a 60lb pack and tote'n a weapon to defend his country. Now that would be a nervous situation.

#6 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:43:03 PM Up until this game, the biggest game of his career was the NFCCG. Did he look nervous on the road down big?
Prior to that the biggest game of his career was his first playoff start vs. GB. Did he look nervous and fold after he threw that INT and was losing early?
Find a better angle to fade him because this one is weak. |

Frank Gore is on that team also you know. He wants a ring more than any one on either team. Gore will make Lewis look really old..

#8 Posted: 1/27/2013 9:56:50 PM Don't get me wrong guys. I'm simply saying that no matter who you are playing in a big game, one has to be nervous. I believe it's ok to be nervous while your nerves calms down when the game starts. By no means this tread would serve a purpose in fading 9ers. |

#10 Posted: 1/27/2013 10:00:47 PM Further, I've watch Kap play w/ his years in Nevada & the dude definitely is a good/exciting QB. Again, I just don't believe that he doesn't get nervous, let alone the SB game. |

#17 Posted: 1/27/2013 10:53:10 PM many athletes are intriguing mental specimens. like kap, most of these guys have had heartbreaker games, blowout games etc. this is why they play the game. this is why they are in the nfl. you know how exceedingly difficult it is just to get in? that's why all the brothers look up to the heavens after a td. it isn't about the td at all. it's about the opportunity to play. even if you are talented, you still need a little luck time to time to get in.
i don't see flacco getting nervous at all. hence the name joe cool.

#19 Posted: 1/27/2013 11:52:09 PM I love how skeptical everyone is.. no one believes he is telling the truth? Coming from a man filled with biblical tattoos? Maybe he is just that calm and collected when playing. He's young and inexperienced, it's just another game for him. |

What? I sure hope the team isn't just "happy" to be in the SB. We all know what happens when they are just "happy".

Joe Montana said that time slowed down for him in the SBs! 99%+ of mortal players feel time goes quicker in the SB. I put Kaepernick in Montana's class (no other members!). Yes, based only on 9 starts for Kaepernick! I also put Jim Harbaugh in Walsh's class (only two members in that class also!). |
