#1 Posted: 1/17/2013 11:04:51 PM What is with all the love for the Ravens this week? This is going to be similar to the 49ers/Packers game from last week. I do not see any way that the Patriots don't roll by atleast 2 TD's in this game. Pats defense is good against the run and the secondary has improved since moving McCourty to safety and getting Talib . Brady and Belichick will not let up at all in this game. I think they bury the Ravens by the 4th qtr. This is not Manning and Fox,this is the best Qb and coach in the game. Ravens old defense will not be able to deal with a real hurry up offense. This is another blowout IMO. Please don't tell me about the Ray Lewis last season fate nonsense. I love what the Ravens did last week, but like I said, this is not Manning, this is Brady. Hate him or love him,he is by far the best in the game and one of the best of all time.
Pats-8.5

#4 Posted: 1/17/2013 11:24:10 PM Catching the Ravens at +10 here at my book in my opinion is too good to pass up. I can see your point. I understand what the Pats are capable of. Ray Rice and the Ravens have given them fits though. |

#5 Posted: 1/17/2013 11:27:50 PM Atlanta wins it all! They just seem like a team that has felt what it is like on the other side and came back to life to finish a season with fury especially with so many discounting them as chokers! Like biggie says LIFE AFTER DEATH! |

#6 Posted: 1/17/2013 11:28:31 PM I mean I know past results don't always predict future events but look at there recent meeting over prior years. Plenty of close games and Ravens wins. You could be right. Time will tell. |

Like biggie says LIFE AFTER DEATH! I am with you on Atl,like I said in another thread,I think everyone is looking at the 4th qtr of Atlanta's game last week and not looking at the first 3 qtrs or the season as a whole. I was shocked to see them catching 4 points at home. |

#13 Posted: 1/18/2013 8:35:56 AM agreed, teams can put points up on balty defense. i wasn't impressed with balty defense when they played indy in the wild card round. Indy had numerous red zone opportunities but failed to convert any TDs. Do you think NE is going to kick 5 FGs?

#18 Posted: 1/19/2013 1:43:19 PM Hearts and Trends are meant to be broken. At least one Harbaugh will be really pissed off being shy of SB in consecutive years |

By your reasoning, you should have loved Denver last week because they blew the Ravens out at home in your own stadium earlier right? Past results don't mean it will happen again dope. What does tomorrow's game have to do with the Pats being 2-8 ATS in their last 10 playoff games? Good luck betting that old tired behind defense that has been living off of the name they built 10+ years ago. Your defense is going to be exposed for the old tired legs that they are. Reed and Lewis are clearly Hall of Famers and 2 of the best ever at their positions but their best days are long gone.
You must be the same tool that ran his mouth last week when I said the Niners would dominate against GB and win by 2td's or more. |
