#8 Posted: 12/31/2012 2:23:20 PM RB's are a dime a dozen. most overrated position on the field, especially if you just judge therm based on rushing yards. yes, peterson is different, but he's not AP.

My ROY list.
Luck Wilson/RGiii Morris Doug Martin.
The colts had like 1 win last year, and their team has barely changed except for Luck. I have seen him make throws and plays this year no rookie ever has.
This might go down as the best rookie class in NFL history |

#10 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:00:29 PM Colts won 2 games last year and likely were tanking to get the 1st pick, as they had the talent of a double digit winner from the previous season. They also played a last place schedule this year. Luck is like the 30th ranked QB. That's awful.

#11 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:09:25 PM Luck SHOULD NOT WIN rookie of the year....
has to be RG3 or Wilson....
His numbers arent that great....yards yes, but terrible compl % and too many picks....he threw the ball all the time
The Colts have 1 or 2 good wins all year....
Wilson beat SF, Gb and NE just to name a few
Luck will probably win it based on wins from last year, but like someone said they played a last place schedule and beat bad teams |

Luck beat...Minnesota, GB, Houston...not too shabby
Ofcourse he had his best game of the year against the Dolphins where he made throws I swear to god I never saw Tom Brady make |

#13 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:20:26 PM Luck went 3-2 vs playoff teams.
RG3 went 2-2 (well, 1-2 because he didn't finish their game against Balt, where Cousins lead them to OT win).
Wilson went 4-1 vs playoff teams (well 3-2 if you count the FAIL mary.)
Andrew Luck is your ROY |

No dont count the GB game
I will take 64% and 26-10 over 54% and 23-18 in a MUCH tougher NFC anyday |

#15 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:30:33 PM Also, the Colts have NO defense, and no run game.
Seattle has one of the best D's and best run games
Washington has a solid D and good run game.
All 3 are deserving, Luck did it with much less help around him |

#18 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:37:35 PM I would pick Wilson to be ROY and a very close second would be RG3.

#21 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:43:19 PM Regardless congrats to him and breaking Portis' record a nice thing to put on your resume as a rookie as well as conference champion. I think alfred will be happy with that and let the leader of the Redskins team RG3 accept the award for the two of them. |

#22 Posted: 12/31/2012 3:47:02 PM RG3, no question. He had the LEAST AMOUNT OF TURNOVERS OF ALL QBs IN THE NFL!

Sea doesnt have 1 wr who ranked in the top 40 in any weeks WR rankings during the year....
COlts always had a top 10 wr and hilton was top 30.....
Luck will win based on win increase, but its only cause playing a last place schedule....
No QB should ever win an award with a 54% compl %.....that is very poor |

#25 Posted: 12/31/2012 4:03:52 PM TY Hilton's numbers would not be so good if Wilson was his QB.
I love Russell Wilson, he was the man at Nc State, he was the man at Wisky and now hes the man in the NFL.
He isn't Andrew Luck though |
