Disagree on the Dolphins having the much better team. I'm not gonna start analyzing every position of both teams but the Bills have had it tough this season. They have 4 losses to the Patriots x2, Texans and 49ers...and the 49ers game was the only one they had no chance in.
They hung in tough against Houston, almost beat NE last sunday and despite the final scoring being 52-28 back in week 4, the Bills actually led that game 21-7 mid way through the 3rd quarter. Now they play a team this week at home who doesn't even come close talent wise to Hou, SF, NE.
Home field will also play a big advantage tonight for Buffalo, those crowds are just nuts and the game being on primetime will make it that much more electric. This will be the Bills first primetime home since 2008 and I they will feed off that crowd. I'm not entirely sold on the whole cold weather factor as others have mentioned, I doubt it will make much of a difference.
I see the Bills winning a 27-20 kinda game

Bigjoe I agree with the Bills fans are nuts and the players will be ignited off that. Spiller will show the primetime crowd why he is an up-and-comming running back that people will start drafting on their fantasy teams. You are right Buffalo had a tough early schedule and were close in those games and will turn it around in this second half

I'm a diehard Pats fan, have been all my life but I really like this Buffalo team. Their QB is just a ticking turnover bomb and sucks. I just like this Bills in this spot, I'm not saying their a lock to win infact it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Miami won, but the Bills is my play.
I've been to Buffalo for six straight years now to watch a game and I could honestly say home field will be huge, especially in tonight's game. The crowds are loud and the fans really care...If the Bills can get an early lead or at the very least keep the game close the crowd will play a big advantage.
There are guys on the Bills with things to prove tonight on National TV, guys like C.J. Spiller, Mario Williams and even Ryan Fitzpatrick in my opinion.

I'm on the Bills in this one as well...if it weren't for a few costly turnovers/breaks this bills team could easily have 5-6 wins now (they should have never lost that game to Tenn...not sure why Fitz was even passing on 3rd down when they could have punted away and killed clock....and last week vs NE coulda been a huge upset that the pats got away with if not for the forced pass by Fitz and fumble by Jackson on the 1 I believe). They even had Houston within striking distance if not for a crucial turnover. I'm on the Bills in this one as I see a final score of 24-17. GL!

I am starting Spiller in fantasy as he should have a nice game. You can't argue that Bush/Thomas are a better rushing combo then Spiller alone thought. G-L-

I can see Miami getting up early in this one and if they do that can spell another loss for the Bills. G-L-
