Colts-3 Making the Colts a road favorite over a divisional opponent is saying a lot for a young team with a rookie qb. I want to think the Jags can win this SU but the injury to MJD is a blow to the league's lowest scoring offense. The question for me is when do the Colts run out of Luck? The kid already has some fantastic 4th qtr comebacks, four on the year, two in the last two weeks, one of them on the road in overtime. Its evident that this team is riding on a high of all types of emotions and I don't think it has reached its peak yet. The Jags have 3 SU wins and ATS vs the Colts in the L3, but the road team is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 in this series. Off of a short week with no time to prepare, both of these teams will be out on the field playing the football the only way they know how. To the 1-7 Jags, that could mean running plays for negative yards, penalties, turnovers, missed field goals, 3 and outs, and lots of punts.

before watching last weeks game i predicted indy would take a nose dive here. after seeing the game it became a bit harder but both teams are dealing with a short week. one team doesn't have thier head coach. one team is on the road. plus the pressure of the first nationally telivised game for their rookie 1st overall pick
that's a lot to spin on a road game short week type situation. you just can't make any mistakes in the nfl. it doesn't matter how much his teammates want it for him or his coach. this one will be an easier spot for jacksonville who is still kinda hungry to show some improvements

thanks for the comment opinions are always welcome
but why do you think this team is still hungry to show improvements?
both teams are rebuilding and its clear which team is already years ahead of the other. compare luck to gabbert. when i look at justin blackmon i wonder if he is bust; i think he is absolutely clueless. colts don't have their head coach, but mike mularkey has done nothing with this offense. take a look at his coaching resume, 3 wins in his last 18 games coached. imo, this whole jags organization is going in the wrong direction. and colts are on the road, but the jags have been blown out by more 17 points at home outscored 126-34.
this feel good story of the colts has the same feel when the saints rallied behind the city of new orleans. the nfl loves these stories.
these are the facts and angles that i used to make this play. but, don't let me convince you on the colts.
