Parlay 4 with MNF pending ****ADVICE****????

Guys, I killed the book yesterday.  Especially in the morning games went 4-0.  I am good at picking side (6-0 this weekend) but my over/under picks hasn't been stellar this year.  I have $200 4T parlay pending with last leg over in tonight game.  I want to leave it but what do you all think?  Will it be a shootout?  Or will it be like CAR/WA game....I thought that was a shootout too .

take last nites game. dal vs atl. that shoulda been an over game like a mofo.. look what happen in the last 7 minutes of play. they started throwing.. i believe tonite is going to be the same shit.. you got to think eagles need the run game to get vick going.. that is the main thing they need.. what does run plays do.. eat the clock.. it takes an average of 2 minutes from start to play each play. if they run alot longer.. i mite be wrong but i have a good common sense on my shoulder.

just like yesterday, ppl loving minny, cincy, raiders, jags.. sometimes stats got to get thrown out the window and commen sense needs to kick iin... bol on your decision.

IWUL-I got a feeling neither defense will show up tonight.  Both team will need to make a statement and they can't count on their defenses.  So likely will be high flying, happy throwing battle tonight.

Put $250.00 on the under so if it does go under you at leat cover the bet with a tiny profit, rather then lose the whole bet.

Whenever you hedge, your basically paying juice on the bet twice. It is a losing tradition in the long run. Next time, if you think you'd hedge if it came down to the last leg, don't include the last leg.

Trust me when i say this, your paying juice twice every-time you hedge.

I can't say what's right for you.
I do know if I was in a position to win 2202 on a 200 bet, I would make sure that I could not lose $$ regardless of the result. If I was super confident in my pick, I'd leave it alone. If I had any doubts, I would at the least cover my $200 so I'd basically be on a free roll. There's currently $2402 on the line which either adds into your account, or doesn't. You could risk $220 on the under so that you have a net zero $ at risk to add $2182 back into your account.
Or you could bet more to ensure you actually win something either way.
One other very small consideration. Your line is 51 1/2. The total can't land on the 1/2 so it's a win or lose. It's now up to 52 currently (at Bookmaker) and by game time, I would expect it to be higher yet since it appears to me that overs is the popular play. If I was going to hedge at all, I would wait for the line right before kick off which would give you the additional possibility of getting a tie on the under 52 (even if it doesn't move higher yet), or a middle if the line moves higher and the total land smack inbetween.
According to the Covers Consensus, the public is 68% overs and expert is 67% overs which support the idea that the over/under total will go higher if there's more move left in it giving more value to the under play as a hedge if you wait until before kick off.
Whatever, it's a nice predicament to me in.

The only good angle I see is that the line moved (at least at heritage) back up to 52.5 this morning.  So TECHNICALLY, you do have a middle opportunity.  I know, it's only one point, but it's better than the line moving the other way where you could lose both bets.

Usually what I do in this situation, is put $500 on the other side.  So you're either winning $300, or winning $1,500.  It does suck when your original bet wins, but there's nothing wrong with taking a guaranteed win.  And there's always the miracle middle.

If you knew you would want to hedge if it would come down to the last leg, why did you even include that last game? You are better off with an n-game parlay than an (n+1)-game parlay with hedging on the last game.

There are always people that argue "why not take free money?" when this topic comes up, and those people are missing the whole point of why some people advise not to include the last leg if you know you are going to hedge.
