Calling it now: KC +4 is my biggest bet of the year. Love the spot. KC is ranked top 3 in total yards and top 10 in Yards allowed. The team is on an us-against-the-world campaign after the Cassel concussion debacle last week. Plus, the turnover machine -- and worst QB in the league -- Matt Cassel isn't playing. They are playing the Buccs who have looked deceptively good this season even though they are bottom five in offense and defense. 

As for being on the road, I think the Chiefs prefer it right now. They've been terrible at home so far but went on the road and took down the Saints, which gave them a lot of confidence. And, lastly, the Chiefs did the same thing last year: started out AWFUL and wound up competing for a playoff spot. KC Wins straight up! Holla!

So, if I'm reading through the lines here.......and I think I am.......you are telling me that Brady Quinn is the answer to all the chiefs woes......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA.....god ur f'n funny.....yes let me read what you wrote again.....yes, its true....ur implying that Brady Quinn is the answer HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Settle down, dicey. I said this particular spot is good for the Chiefs. And, for the record, I don't think Quinn could possibly do worse than Cassel. I appreciate your constructive input though.

I was actually seeing the exact opposite. Bucs hasnt really looked good at all. After coming off a bye week, I think they a blowout win at home against KC. We shall see.

Will it be crazy to say I think they put up as much points as they did against NYG in week 2 @ NY? I really dont know. I'm just going with my gut here. Like I said, we shall see.

OK OK Im settled now....just think there are some better games on the board than KC....and I think Id have to throw up before putting money on Brady Quinn...Bucs are off a bye and have played solid so far this year against decent teams...just trying to save you some money boys, that's why I had to come out strong.....

I feel ya, Dicey. And, I'm definitely not guaranteeing a win or betting the house, but I'll lay my biggest bet of the year cause I think a lot things line up. And getting 4 points for a motivated team that will lean on a great RB and their underrated defense against a bad team (better than expected: Maybe. But, still bad) seems like a pretty solid bet. Only time will tell...

I might have to tail you here. I hate both of these teams, but you're right on this being a great bet with Cassel out. Very overrated.

My opinion aside: my model projects this game KC 18- TB 18 (TB 18.3). I think KC covers and the under hits. KC covers due to no point being scored in this game if anything.

I completely agree with you. The only reason the Chiefs are 1-4 is because of turnovers, aka Matt Cassel. Their D has started to play like last year as seen against the Ravens. I feel a 4 game winning streak coming from this Chiefs team, watch.
