the DNC is here in Charlotte and traffic is rather nightmarish at the moment, glad I don't have to be anywhere but right on my couch watching this season lid lifter. So this is a matchup full of injuries and changes so lets just run through them quickly. Giants lost the power back in Jacobs and i know wilson had a nice preseason, but being the hokie fan i am, i also know if plays extended periods of time, he is going to F something up, run backwards, fumble, something, it always happens. manningham gone. deon grant gone. aaron ross gone. additional starters are out, terrell thomas, shaun rogers, prince amukamura and marvin austin probably won't play. Nicks cannot be in 100% in ready to play game shape, he just can't so he will be limited. manning still has weapons though. damn, let me catch my breath, shit. for the cowboys, witten, austin probably won't be healthy and dez bryant might bomb the building before the game starts but I think he should be ok. they won't have their nose guard, jay ratliff i think, and that will hurt. but i think they did get better in the 2ndary with claiborne and carr and faster in the middle basically trading old ass keith brooking for former panther dan conner. giants will bring their ferocious pass rush and they will certainly put romo on his back tonight, but i think the weakness in the giants secondary will get exposed tonight. romo will get the ball out quick and utilize Murray's talents in the run and pass game as well. I see the giants playing a shell d tonight and not letting things get behind them due to their holes in the secondary, which could force dallas to do a lot of dinking and dunking, likewise i think dallas defense will be ready to play tonight as well. i almost want to take the under, but i would throw up on myself if these teams just traded scores all night and manning puts a dagger in at the end of the 4th to win by a fg. so i'm taking the points.
