I know minimum number of of wins to get into the wildcard spot is 7. can some please tell me how many games do you have to win to at least get to the divisonal playoffs and have the bye week?

You don't have to set a minimum wins to get a bye in 1st round or get in the divisional playoffs. If you are one of top two seeds in both Conferences, you'll get the first round bye. 

Teams who win in the Wildcard playoffs will advance to Divisional playoffs.
