Last season was the best I've had in NFL. I didn't post on covers or keep track of bets in terms of units, but I made some money. Probably 30 or 40 units; last year was just one of those years for me where I won about 2/3 of my really big bets. My girlfriend's Dad has been handicapping and winning betting the NFL and NCAA football for years, so I have a great resource there and have learned a lot. He enjoys talking about and watching the game, and loves sharing his winning methods with me.

I have 18u to win 10u on Bills Over 7.5 wins and will likely be betting them the first several weeks of the season.

I also like the Bears Over 9.5 +100, Cowboys Over 8.5 -135, and Chargers Under 9 -130 but have not put money down on those as of yet.

I'm leaning towards betting the Raiders tonight for an action wager but not sure if I will. I think Pryor will have a solid outing, and the Cowboys don't even have a center.

I don't like to dabble in the preseason too much, but here's my first NFL play of the year:

Be easy on the bills they can't score much either and johnson there best wr option by far is having groin problems

I'm already beating the closer on the week 1 Bills play by a key half point, as I thought the line would move to 3. Thanks for the heads up, I do a lot of research into my big bets. Hopefully Bills will pull out 8 or 9 wins.
