I may be a biased Charger fan but this is what I think

1. Payton (best all around back ever, heart of a champion)
2. Brown (beast)
3. Sanders (quitter, but still the most talented RB ever)
4. Emmitt (faked injuries when team was losing, offensive line carried him, but his durability make him great)
5.  LT (incredible back in his prime, but disappeared in the playoffs)

Honorable mention: Faulk, Dickerson, Earl Campbell, Thurman Thomas

Runningbacks who were overrated (never made you say "wow") include:  Curtis Martin, Jerome Bettis

LT at 5 is a huge bias. What about Gale Sayers, Earl Campbell, and OJ?

Special award to James Caan who played the dedicated Brian Picalo, best friend of the fabulous Gale Sayers, in a made for TV movie.
