I watched them all the way through early this morning incl. best of season, wildcard,divisions, conference and SB.
I thought that part was beautiful especially when he has the balls to defer blame to Wilfork right behind Wilfork's reply by asking him, "Why didn't you tell me before I threw the flag?"..What did you think Wilfork would say?
Just seconds earlier Coughlin is heard reprimanding HR John Parry with, "You can't make that call in a game like this "and Parry retorts, "Let me see what my guy has to say."
Then there was that non-call on Moore holding Manningham's left shoulder in 4th Q. I will watch game again as I have that TIVO recording still saved but I did not see any bad calls go the other way and those two calls-both deep in NE's ( 23 and 35 yard line ) end-that would have seen a brand new set of downs and most likely net NYG another arguable 10 pts. with the way Eli was moving against that secondary. Just an observation for all those that say NYG had no right being in this game.
There was a few good ones from the season .
One where the WR asks the DB, "Just let me have a couple today?" and the DB replies, "Sorry, no can do, I'm in a contract year."..both chuckle.
HC Andy Reid talking sideline to Mike Vick, " I'm gonna have to punch you in the nose. Just settle down and pick up the pace of the game. That's all I'm asking!"
My favorite- Baltimore's Harbaugh questioning a bad ball spot vs. NE in Conference Championship game. "He was way forward. Forward as in heading to Canada!"
