Well well, another year gone by and another SB upon us, of which we should be thankfull since both sides could not come to an agreement with the CBA. This year of football will be remembered for awhile in my mind thats for sure. So many ups n downs and it seemed like every game went unpredictable until about week 9 and the cream started rising to the top and flexing its Muscle, Unless you are Green Bay that is who was clearly the fav to get to the SB again this year until they fell at the Hands of the G-men. So yes FOOTBALL is here to stay for awhile. Its amazing to me to how much the influence of the NFL is fealt everywhere. I live in a suburb of NY and we have a chain of Super Markets called Wegmans. Possibly some of you know the Chain but I was there getting things for my SuperBowl party and of course so was everyone else lol. It makes you think how much so many business's rely on the value of the entertainment business to make a business for themselves. Beer, Spirits, wine, cheese, snacks candy, pizza shops. You name it. The SB is the most watched sport in all of America and gaining much influence in other countries as well. I love that a sport in which I grew up with and have loved all my life can affect us so much and carry so much weight. I think the players know this and is why they fought long and hard for their share of the pie. Its understandable too as many players just dont cut it in the NFL depite talent. The lucky ones stay and have so many years to reap the benefits of their phyical gifts. And that leads me to the one glaring difference I see in this game and it only needs one mention, no long detailed write up to go with it. It's the soul purpose of my bet and one I feel carries huge weight. It something I fear to bet against and something that has made me a ton of money over the years as well as cost me money. My bet today is none other than the man himself to get this mission done for his 4th SB ring. And once more carry his team to victory and fill my wallet for one last game.
