I haven't posted my plays in the betting forum, but feel free to look up my picks record on wagerline for the 2011 NFL season.
Figured I'd start posting my plays in the betting forum for you know what and giggles. Tail me, fade me, I dont care either way, but I have been on fire this year and I just wanted to "share the wealth" so to speak.
Picks I have locked in for Week 10-
NE +1
Im not a big believer in Sanchize or the Jets....I dont see New England losing 3 straight. I dont care how bad the Pats D is...the Jets won't capitalize ENOUGH with their average to below average offense. They are not explosive enough in the passing game to take advantage of New England's biggest weakness to the point that it costs New England the game. Even with the Pats glaring deficiencies on D, I believe they have enough of an edge offensively that they can outscore the Jets.
Pit -3
I am a huge Ravens fan. I follow the AFC North closer than any other division. Pittsburgh DESPERATELY NEEDED that game against Baltimore last week. Given that they just conceded a HUGE edge to the Ravens for the division title, if they have any hope of grabbing a wild card, or somehow wrestling the title away from the Ravens, they are going to NEED this game. yes Cincinati has a solid defense. yes Dalton has looked good along with Green. The only thing I see is that Cincinati has had an extremely soft schedule. Their stiffest competition has been Buffalo and Tennesee. 2 average to above average NFL teams. They have not faced a test like the Steelers yet. The Steelers are still an elite, veteran squad and will force Dalton into some mistakes that he has avoided thus far in his young career.
Buffalo +5.5
I dont buy the Dallas hype. I don't think the Cowboys will ever amount to anything with Romo under center and Garret as head coach. Their running game has come on strong as of late, but Romo is prone to making BIG mistakes in crunch time. Buffalo's D has given up alot of points, however they seem to have had a knack for creating BIG turnovers that go back for scores or kill potential scoring drives. I see this game being close, and I believe the Cowboys MAY win, but i see it being a field goal game either way. i think these are just two average teams with glaring issues.
I will post my other picks later tonight.
