Hey Guys,

This Sunday's Game: New England vs. NY Jets

Deadline for Entry: 8 PM EST Sunday night.

Official rules and eligibility requirements:

Simply pick the winner of Sunday night football game.

We also require a couple of tie breakers from you to be used for grading the winner.

1. Combined score, both teams.
2. Combined Touchdowns, both teams.
3. Combined First Downs, both teams.

EXAMPLE:
Team: Colts
Total Score: 48
Total TD's: 4
First Downs: 43

ALL ELIGIBLE CONTESTANTS, POST YOUR PICK IN THIS THREAD BEFORE 8PM EST SUNDAY NIGHT - 1 PICK PER USER PLEASE.

One weekly winner is determined from the final results.

All picks are Action.

So in the spirit of having a little fun with the promotion and my free $50 play - I'm getting a little greedy on a Parlay play.  All or nothing!  I will start to worry about the 6x rollover requirements if I win this.

Philadelphia at NY Giants NY Giants -4.0 (1.83)
Oakland at Minnesota Oakland -1.0 (1.91)
NY Jets at Denver NY Jets -6.0 (1.91)

Bet Type: Combination of above 3 selections (all selections must be correct to win)

Bet Price: 6.68
Bet Amount: Can$50.00
Bet Payout: Can$334.09
 
My logic is this:
 
1. Philadelphia at NY Giants - The Giants are looking pretty good right now, are at home, Philly looking terrible (even if Vick plays through broken ribs), etc., etc., etc.
 
2. Oakland at Minnesota  - Neither team is looking very good right now I admit, however Minn didn't even compete against GB.  I am also hoping McFaden gets cleared to play - if he does expect the line to move a few points.  And lastly, Oak needs this game for playoff considerations, so hopefully they play like it!
 
3. NY Jets at Denver - The basis of this one is call me a Tebow hater if you will.  2 complete passes...really?  The Jets will be pissed after the NE thrashing and will do everything in their power to not be embaressed by a team that is run by a 2-8 QB.  I also suspect the Jets D will gets a few points off of turnovers and lastly Denver's only shot at serious points are at RB which is really banged up right now.   Denver will get the odd lucky win here and there on any given Sunday, just not this one!
