this will be a joke from start to finish.  seattle was the worst road team in the league last year and are a worse team overall this year.  they started out true to form losing su and ats at shitty san fran. tavaris jackson s 5 ypc avg will probably be about that for the year.  now they face the worst scenario possible, a west coast team playing a b2b road game with an early start out east against a pissed off pittsburgh team that was embarassed.   here are the margins of seattles road losses last year...17, 17, 30, 15, 21, 23, and 11.  pitt may have an aging defense but that wont matter this week. pitt 31  seattle 9

CINCINNATI BENGALS  +4.5

dont like the b2b road game for the bengals but i dont think this is very complicated game plan for them.  they can be the raiders.  a big dose of cedric benson and play d.  i ve never thought much of john fox and without trying to over react i can already see the wheels coming off on denver s season.  i know there was a lot of hope there but i just dont see it.   i think cincy will be in a lot of games this year even if it doesnt equate to wins.

DETROIT LIONS -9

i said in one of my preseason threads that hailey would single handedly ruin this team the first month of the season because of the way he treated these guys in camp...like a bunch of bitches...and thats how they are playing.  he wasnt allowing contact in camp...guys were getting all pissed off and fighting among each other. just a mess. now they have plenty of injuries on top of it.  and lets be honest this team was way over rated last year and that was with charlie weiss calling the offense.  oh and the lions are for real.  they shredded the pats first unit in preseason and in case that was an accident went into tamp and rolled them.  its not an accident anymore.. lions 33  k.c 17

i disagree shirmpster.  i think they have a good running game and decent defense and that will keep you in games.  the public perception is they are awful but i think carson palmer not coming back is a great thing for this team. his whiny ass was nothing but negative and quite frankly after his knee injury i dont think he was ever the same qb.  aj green is going to be a star in this league and will get  better as the year goes on and can stretch defenses.  people already started threads in the preseason fade cincy every game .. and they already won outright as a dog playing d and running the ball. im not saying they will have a lot of wins but i bet they burn a lof of holes in peoples wallets this year

i think im going to play san diego this week.  they will make a couple stops on d and rivers should have his way with a secondary in progress.  i think it will be a good game.
