as I feel the Lines will go up in my Favor

can you explain what those lines mean? so for tenn you have +3.5, does that mean that +3 is no good??   and also what the * means, you have one for chicago at 3?

Meaning to take Tennessee at +3.5 is a coin Flip  .....

But at or Over Key Number +4 would be a Point Spread Ratings PLay...

The Ratings have the Packers  Laying a FG on the Road...
