N.O Minn line change to 4

My local has a website I go through.  Sometimes he will alter lines.  I thought the line might change to 3 but mine has jumped to 4.  If some of you that bet through some of the services will let me know I would appreciate it if yours is at -4

it is moving to (-4) at a lot of places... even in Vegas... some still staying at 3.5 though...

not sure if this is sharp money, or if this is an attempt to get late action on the other side because they have been so flooded with Saints money...

it is his website, but the lines are based off one of the services I don't know which one.  Since I live in the south he will sometimes alter lines by .5 or 1 that are local favorites (Falcons, Saints, Bama, Auburn etc.)
