Win out (Washington, At CLE, Baltimore, and at Denver)
Pitt loses 1 more game (GB)
Balt loses 1 more game (at Pitt)
Jax loses out (Miami, Indy, at NE, at cold weather spoiler cleveland)
Miami lose 3 out of 4 (at Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Houston)
Jets lose 3 out of 4 (at Indy, Cincy, Atlanta)
Houston lose 2 out of 4 (Seattle, at NE)
Tennessee loses 1 more game (SD)
 
Anything can happen lol.

The Raiders must win
Houston must lose
Jax must lose

It will also help if Balt, Tennesse, and Jets lose but that is highly unlikely given their matchups. This is the first piece of the puzzle.
