Analysis,
1. Tampa Owns the 29th Rated Run D while Carolina boasts the 4th best Rush O. I think Carolina's Rush Offense Ranking is a little low because the did not adhere to their running identity to start the season. D'Angelo is tearing it up. Jon Stewart is a nice compliment.
2. Tampa Bay has yet to win an away game (0-5)
3. This line opened at -8 and has been bet down to 5.5 with a little help form the Delhomme Injury Status (I suppose) yet, the Public is drilling Tampa vs spread and on the moneyline.
4. Out of the last 10 meetings between these teams, Only once has the score been determined by less than 5.5 (2006)
5. Tampa's strong suit on offense is their pass game... with the rookie QB on the road against a top ten Pass D, I like Carolina's chances of shutting it down.
On top of all that Jazz. Carolina is flat out a better team and I think Matt Moore provides a spark. Look out for Steve Smith off the play action pass.
