Get ready. The Raiders look for real this year and the Chargers as always play like shit until it matters. Norv Turner is the worst NFL coach and I have no idea how he keeps getting job offers.

agree 100% which is why i think this team never makes it to the super bowl regaurdless of ALL the talent they have. give billy up in NE this team and they would be unstoppable. chargers are wasting this time with all their guys in their prime. if i were them fire norv NOW and get cowher or one of those hard asses in there ASAP

LT is WAY past his prime. He is hitting 30 which is the year when all RB's naturally start to decline. I would get rid of him while he still has any value and give Sproles a chance. He is much cheaper and younger and IMO, better. But they won't accomplish anything with Norv Turner. I actually love watching Charger games and when the camera zooms up to a close-up when he is pissed off or trying to hold his emotions in. Its by far, one of the more entertaining moments in the NFL.
