Monday Night's Game...
 
****  Mark Sanchez gets the nod for the Monday night game against the Ravens... Mark hasnt seen a defense like this since... well since never! You can bet your ass that at this very second, He is thinkin about Ray Lewis! He is wishing and praying that somehow, Ray Lewis gets the swine flu, chicken pox, hang nail, ect. 
 
****  You can bet your WIFE's ass that Ray Lewis is thinkin about Sanchez at this very moment as well... he is foaming at the mouth waiting to officially welcome him into the NFL!!! 
 
****  NY Jets gave up 23 points to a lousy St. Louis team their last game... and I think it's safe to say that the Baltimore offense is, at least, as good as St. Louis' offense ( I think they are 10x better but I dont have the stats with me right now to prove that )
 
****  Bottom Line... Baltimore lives off of their defense... Hell, the Ravens' D may score more points than the Jets Offense!!!  Look for Ed Reed to be Sanchez's leading receiver !!

This is exactly the same play I'm going with. It's probably gonna be my biggest bet this preseason. I didn't know how to explain it like you did but that's the exact thinking I have.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have not bet on any preseason games and may only be looking at a 1st half Raven wager. This defense, with the personnel and schemes will make this a BAD learning experience for Sanchez. Hell, they may only let him play one series in order to keep him in one piece!! Clemens may have to come in sooner than he wants too!!

considering that ray lewis, ed reed, and a couple of other ravens starters on defense are on very low snap counts, they aren't going to be in there for that long. So you really can't use that as reasoning behind your pick. And I personally think that Ray Lewis could give a shit about Sanchez in this preseason game. but GL

I think it'll be close... i would lean under, only because scrub defenses look like they always have an advantage... low scoring 1st half, and watch out for a game like the " cleveland/detroit game" .... no action in the 4th Q.
