Everybody has their own definition of success. Apparently yours doesn't include winning the Super Bowl. 
Trust me, as a Packer fan I know all about making the playoffs and then getting bounced after 1 or 2 games and not making the Super Bowl. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth after awhile.
If you think making the playoffs is success than good for you Hutch. 
BTW, those division championships the last 3 years were won playing in one of the worst divisions in the NFL. You ever hear of the Raiders and the Chiefs? 
If the Chargers had won at least one Super Bowl during LT's time there than I might have a different opinion about their "success".
And now the guy is just getting old and fragile. Like I said, I would have moved on.

Yea, SamuelSosa we need to give HutchemAll a break on this one though. He's a Viking fan so he doesn't know anything about what "success" actually means. The Vikings have never had any.
