Anytime you pit two stout defensive clubs against one another, your first thought has to be toward an ‘under’ play. The Titans (14.6 PPG) and Ravens (15.3 PPG) are ranked second and third in points per game and both clubs were in the top five in takeaways as well. Where this game could change is in the red zone. The Titans’ offense was ranked third (28 TDs, 14 FGs) in the league, while the Ravens’ defense (14 TDs, 16 FGs) was the second-best. Short field goals are great and necessary when playing the ‘under’ and certainly don’t help ‘over’ tickets.

It’s rare to see a high number in the playoffs, especially an outdoor game in January too. However, this number seems doable especially when you look at Arizona’s offense and more importantly its defense. The Cardinals are averaging 26.9 PPG this year, while surrendering 26.5 PPG. Delving into the numbers deeper you can see that Arizona’s defense is giving 31 PPG on the road and the unit has been torched in its five trips (40.4 PPG) to the East Coast, which includes a 27-23 setback at Carolina on Oct. 26.
