The Card this week is not too juicy but here are my leans:
New York Jets +5
The Jets and Titans are both playing good football right now and both these teams have amazing d-lines and can stop the run. Favre will need to limit turnovers and the Jets should have no problem staying within the points. Personally, I think the Jets may win outright. The Titans are undefeated at 10-0 and are not unbeatable. Their first loss will come eventually.
Minnesota Vikings +2.5
The Jags are dismal against the run and lost last week despite being up 14-3 at halftime. I think the Jags know the season is over and they got no shot at making the playoffs while the Vikings know they need to win after a tough loss to the Bucs last week to stay in the playoff picture in the NFC. Adrian Peterson should have a huge day and the Jags will not be able to run on the Vikings d-line. Frerotte needs to avoid turnovers and hand the ball off to AP and they should get the win.
Atlanta Falcons -1
The Falcons are coming off a loss to the Bropncos at home while the Panthers are coming off a non-impressive win over the Lions at home. The Panthers are barely slipping by opponents lately and Delhomme has not been good at all. The Falcons are alot better than Oakland and Detroit and I think they will beat a Carolina team that does not play as well on the road as they do at home, while the Falcons are explosive at home. Matt Ryan should have a good day and Turner might run wild. As for the Panthers, if Delhomme starts throwing picks like he does, it will be a long day for the Panthers.
