The Jets have mustered up only one victory in the last 10 meetings between these two teams. Of course there was a different QB for the Patriots during that stretch of wins against the Jets. Cassel is improving his play but so  are the Jets. The Jets are coming off an impresive high scoring win against the Rams and did run the ball pretty effectively against them. I'm sure it won't be as easy to do against the Pats. And you can be certain the Pats won't easily turn the ball over to the Jets as the Rams did so many times. I'm seeing a tight game here but i'm leaning towards taking the Jets with the 3 points. I just don't think BellyChicks safe play calling will be enough against this Jet team. I see the Pats trying to control the clock as mush as they can but the Jets coming up with some big 3rd down stops. Look for Farve the gun slinger to lead these Jets to the endzone and a much wanted revenge victory for the loss earlier in the season in the meadow lands.

This Jet team is beginning to really click. Farve is comfortable now and his recievers are comfortable with him. Against the Rams last sunday the jets showed some impressive running as well. If the
Jets Defense shows up and plays to their ability and doesn't make stupid mistakes i'm predicting a jet win in the range of 24-17.

I agree with Jets +3.5 

I think it'll come down to Jets offense vs Pats beat up defense and that Jets will convert more 3rd downs. Packers are also a better 4th Qtr offense if it is close at the end.

GL on the game tomorrow, also took the points and ML. favre has got accustomed to the offense/playbook and jets OC tannenbaum has finally shown he's going to get more aggressive in the playcalling
 
jets have a very young and talented secondary that gets better every week. very underrated defense

Jets rushing game will be the key here.  I think Jones is ranked 6th or 7th in rushing this year and he actually looks very good the past few weeks.  I still do not trust Farve as a gunslinger but I think he will do fine against this decent Pats D.  I think with the addition of Ty Law will help a lot but I do not know what kind of football shape Ty is in.  Pats will be Pats, Billicheat will get them ready but this is the year NY has a chance to pull out a win here because of Brady is not in.  Can Farve do what the Jets hired him for?

Both Jets and NE are playing well
Early lean on NE since they are playing at home

Will take NE (-3) or buy the hook to keep it at (-3) if line go up
I see this is a competitive game with both team want to improve their record.

Small play for me either side since I want to enjoy this game

I agree, Favre was brought in for games just like this one. I think the JETS are for real and have played well as a team both offensively and defensively. My early lean is the JETS but I have bet the PATS 3 times this year and won....I don't like the idea of fading them now but I see a mismatch in the making.

Huge Pats fan so this might be a no play for me.  Belichick and the boys will be ready, but they are a little banged up.  Jets are starting to click now, gotta hope they have a let down after destroying St. Louis last week.  It also shows their receiver core is banged up, but running game was strong.  Granted that running game was against the Rams weak D.  Either way gonna be a great game, small play on the Pats for me.  Best of Luck
