WEEK 7 SUCKER BET Brought to you by Tootsie Pop!

"Good morning everybody and welcome to Week 7's edition of the SUCKER BET brought to you by Tootsie Pop!  For those of you who are unfamiliar with the SUCKER BET,  each week I identify the games where the public seems to be heavily favoring one side.  Typically there are 3 or 4 choices each week.  From those games, I choose one unpopular pick as the SUCKER BET.  Last week was a winner for the SUCKER BET bringing the season tally to 3-3 ATS.  This week has been the most challenging so far this year.  The GB line is all over the place, and I can't find a single reason to support OAK, thus I'm taking those Vikings + 3 in ChiTown this Sunday.  I'm banking on the fact the Viks know the Bears very well.  Minnesota should be pumped to show everyone that they're defense should be considered the best in the division.  The Vikings have won two consecutive games against the Bears and lead the all-time series, 50-41-2.  Minnesota's Adrian Peterson rushed for 224 yards and three touchdowns the last time he faced the Bears.  Vikings quarterback Gus Ferrotte has won three of his last four games against the Bears.  Vikings are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous game.  Underdog is 17-8 ATS in their last 25 meetings.  Safe to say Bernard Berrian has been looking forward to this game.  There you have it, Viks +3.  Good luck to everyone this week and see you next week for WEEK 8's SUCKER BET brought to you by Tootsie Pop!"

what scares me here:  minny won 2 games it shouldnt have won, while the bears just lost a game they shouldn't have lost.  i think im going to stay away here, but gl

much respect to you but I just can't see this game as a sucker bet of the week...divisional rivalry get 3 on the road getting 3 pts is about right.  Bears D is not the same as years past and it's obvious to everyone.

I agree with YoungOne there, GB is or should be the sucker bet of the week.  Only wish I have the balls to put my cash on them though cuz Rodgers is still just one hit from being knock out of the game.

When two division rivals are evenly matched, it's really tough for one to beat the other 3 consecutive games  (though it does happen occasionally)

I think the Bears are just a bit better than the Vikes right now.   More importantly, I think that they'll bring their "A" game on Sunday, for the win & cover
