Dominance over the Red Wings on paper? I hope you are saying historically and not in this series...
Clearly I said on paper, not how this series has gone....there is really no arguing about that, broke the record for the best start in NHL history, undefeated in regulation at the halfway point of the season, even when you compare line for line/player for player, the hawks are clearly the better team. On paper is a different story than what actually happens, the Detroit Tigers were heavy favourites to destroy the Giants in the world series, they got swept. Pocket ACES are 77%+ favourites against every hand in NL T-holdem poker, that does not mean you cant lose every single hand on a given night...its all probabilities at the end of the day.
As for your Bruins argument, like I said, rarely...the Rangers have taken a very unlikely dip in their play, even when they are winning they look absolutely awful (e.g. last game)...you have a major adjustment because they know all the money will be pouring on the Bruins. This is not the case in the Chicago-Detroit series, the hawks may not be dominating in this series but they don't look bad (Howard has been on fire and Detroit has been more efficient with their chances), Vegas knows they are still going to be taking more money on the Hawks even with these losses.

I also think we are giving too much room to Detroit on the wings, every time they are breaking out there is someone waiting at the boards on the blue line with no one near him. This is something we didn't do all season, I just don't get why we are playing like this all of the sudden in the 2nd round, sure Howard has been amazing, but I still believe we are beating ourselves more than anything...which is even more annoying.

I want our original lines back. Stop mixing them up
Carcillo over Stalberg first 2 games and the line changes, all caused nothing but chemistry problems. Why fix something that wasn't broken Q? We ve shown stretches of absolute dominance this season, winning 3 games over the RWs is very doable for this team, just have to get their act together.
