Okay, signed up with them in August because someone on covers raved about them.

Here is my experience since I now have asked for my first payout.

1. Customer Service is very good. I asked what was needed for a payout and since I only send them WU they said only a drivers license if my address was the same as on file which it is. If it hadn't then a utility bill. Those are normal requests by any book on a first payout. I emailed my scanned copies and requested the payout this morning for their max $1000 via WU. They said it was going in for processing and I would get an email in 24 to 48 hours. I started to think maybe problems but the email came same day and said I will here from them with receiver information likely in the morning. That would be as good as anyone could expect in todays world. I will confirm the results but right now A+
2. They have all of the major sports lines and the are very much in lines with the books we call the best. There system is easy enough for a toddler to operate it. Where they are lacking is in the events they don't offer options to wager. It is not a site for the big soccer, tennis, or rugby player. They only offer the very major soccer leagues (maybe 8) and all lines are win, win, draw. Tennis is average at best and rugby isn't offered.
C+
3. They don't have anybody, and I mean anybody around after the start of the 2nd half of football (the last game). Wagers finishing after the start of the 2nd half don't get graded until the next morning which is not un-common but would be nice.
B
4. Their race book is nice offering many options including some international tracks which aren't offered at many books available to US players. I found I had to have a Twin Spires and TVG account to access almost any track but GTbets comes close.
A
5. Casino. I don't play in them and won't so can't grade.

I feel like this is as honest as I can be about a book. They will stay as part of my options.

Of course it did Gopher.  One of the best books out there.

As your best friend UL Kid would say a long time industry leader and running away from the pack!

Hahah.  In all seriousness they are solid despite some of the lack of wagering options that you mention.  Glad they continue to treat you well.  Good to hear you are cashing out!

The casino is terrible.  I signed up and played there a lost the entire deposit on the slots.  I know I was foolish for doing this, but after raising the bet, every spin was a loser.  I hate playing at books that cheat players like this.

Stay out of all online casinos man.  They are all rigged and terrible.  Regardless of where you go.  They aren't created for players to win

Deezey,  I know we kid one another, but really I don't work for or with Heritage or any other book for that matter. At least not off-shore lol. I am sure UL Kid is compensated somehow. His posts make it clear that they can do no wrong which isn't true of any book. I truly believe the things I said about GT or any book for that matter. I just wish everyone the best and if giving my humble opinion helps one person then it was worth my time.

Well put Gopher!  I know you are just kidding around with me as I am with you.  I know you don't work for Heritage I just mess around with you.  UL Kid however, 100% works for them.  I just support Gtbets/(the old VIP) because they provide quick payouts and better customer service than any others I have ever used.  I know you and I and Mac are here just trying to help people when they ask about the book.

Good luck to you

new member here but deposited WU at GT and gave it a shot and have done a few deposits.  Customer service very friendly but limited lines and props. I had a question and it seems they shut down around 10 and do not open till 10 the next day.   Prefer Bookmaker for their options and would still consider GT but only as a secondary book.

I agree, not the best...and lines tend to come a little late. But they're matching deposits up to $500 with equal bonus (need rollover, of course).

Gtbets used to be vip.com. Same staff, just different name. They are very good, reliable, good promotions and very easy payouts. much better than other sites...would highly recommend.

If anyone is interested in signing up and playing at GTbets, send me a friend request/PM. I will get you $5 (sent directly to you, on top of bonuses) and 5% of all juice from losing bets during your first 30 days. If you are interested, hit me up, new players only.

Yes, I've gotten bank wires from gtbets...Probably gotten about over a dozen of them since I've been with them. It all went smoothly. give them your checking and routing # and some other information that is on their withdrawal form and the money appeared within 3-5 days....very smooth.

cu, I have done bank wires through GT before, last one being this week.  Put the request in Tuesday night, it hit my bank account Friday.  Only charge was the $60 wire fee through GT, no charges by my bank.
