I've been using this site for awhile and have recently had a good run and requested a payout. Their payouts for moneygram or western union are ONE of those options ONE time per week with a maximum of $750 (also a $66 fee). I requested the Western Union and it was ready the next day so I picked it up.

I still had a large sum sitting in my justbet.com account and was not going to wait week by week for $750 plus that ridiculous fee. By the way, whenever I send via Western Union or Moneygram the fee is always between $8 and $15, never $66. I was told by the manager, Frank (AKA Butch), that they can do a bank wire for any larger sum of money but it would have to be a major US bank. I told him I didn't have a major US bank account but he said they would send the money to a family members account with one.

So I cashed out the remaining funds on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 11:00am in the morning and was told 3-5 business days. Unfortunately I'm writing here on the 8th business day and I'm going on vacation tomorrow. Whenever I've talked live with a customer service person they always bump it up to longer then I've waited-"They take 5-7 business days"...yesterday they said "It could take up to 10+ business days". Butch called me yesterday and said that he was looking into it and because they were using a "new" processor, it would take time. You mean to tell me NOBODY knows where the hell my money is? What intermediary bank they use to send money from Costa Rica to the USA? They have several? Ok well tell me WHO HAS MY MONEY because if I were to send a bank wire, and I've done this just within the USA, it literally takes 2 hours tops. So if my money is IN the USA, it shouldn't take all that long.

At this point I'm extremely frustrated and now I promise I will never put money back on this site. Although my debit card works on this site, their lack of variety with betting fixtures is just one reason I will take my business elsewhere. And now I have to deal with the stress of wondering where my money is and when it will arrive. Spoke to someone this morning to ask what time Butch will be in and the response was "he should be here in a couple of hours, check back then." Do they not have schedules?!?! WTF.

Frustrated and annoyed,

Still waiting. Spoke to Butch yesterday who was extremely apologetic and told me that he spoke to the processor directly and it was assured to be in there yesterday or TODAY at the latest. For the inconvenience, he decided to put a very sizeable free play into my account which I was surprised about but that obviously is not my motive...I just want my money! Nontheless, I didn't want to waste a free play on a chalk, so it was lost on the O's last night against the Red Sox! Oh well, today is the day. Wonder what will happen if I do not see it in my account today.

As of Saturday, August 18, the manager said he was personally getting in touch with the 'guy' who runs their new processor. If worse came to worse and this "falls through" he said he's overnight me a money order for the amount of my withdrawal (which, by the way, was never an option in the first place). He called me yesterday, Monday, August 20 and said that he couldn't reach the guy on Saturday but that the dude called him on Saturday night and said he got 'a lot processed' but that mine and another customers wasn't one of them. Bullshit huh?

I told him to just cancel it and send me the overnight money order and the manager (Butch) said to give him a few more hours to make sure that it wasn't going to go through. He said he would call me at 4:30pm. 4:30 rolls around and no phone call but I DID get a phone call from my cousin (whose checking account the funds were going into) and she said "Ant I can't believe it but your money just got into my account." I was extremely shocked to say the least. Called Butch about an hour later, he apologized for not calling me at 4:30 and apologized for all the promises he made that he didn't come through with. I won't be playing on that site anymore due to this horrible experience but at least I got my money...3-5 business days in Costa Rican time is about 15+ days in American time. Butch was great though, he ALWAYS made me feel comfortable although now I know I was just being strung along and I got $400 free play out of it....$200 twice with no stipulations.
