I've been using this site for awhile and have recently had a good run and requested a payout. Their payouts for moneygram or western union are ONE of those options ONE time per week with a maximum of $750 (also a $66 fee). I requested the Western Union and it was ready the next day so I picked it up.
I still had a large sum sitting in my justbet.com account and was not going to wait week by week for $750 plus that ridiculous fee. By the way, whenever I send via Western Union or Moneygram the fee is always between $8 and $15, never $66. I was told by the manager, Frank (AKA Butch), that they can do a bank wire for any larger sum of money but it would have to be a major US bank. I told him I didn't have a major US bank account but he said they would send the money to a family members account with one.
So I cashed out the remaining funds on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 11:00am in the morning and was told 3-5 business days. Unfortunately I'm writing here on the 8th business day and I'm going on vacation tomorrow. Whenever I've talked live with a customer service person they always bump it up to longer then I've waited-"They take 5-7 business days"...yesterday they said "It could take up to 10+ business days". Butch called me yesterday and said that he was looking into it and because they were using a "new" processor, it would take time. You mean to tell me NOBODY knows where the hell my money is? What intermediary bank they use to send money from Costa Rica to the USA? They have several? Ok well tell me WHO HAS MY MONEY because if I were to send a bank wire, and I've done this just within the USA, it literally takes 2 hours tops. So if my money is IN the USA, it shouldn't take all that long.
At this point I'm extremely frustrated and now I promise I will never put money back on this site. Although my debit card works on this site, their lack of variety with betting fixtures is just one reason I will take my business elsewhere. And now I have to deal with the stress of wondering where my money is and when it will arrive. Spoke to someone this morning to ask what time Butch will be in and the response was "he should be here in a couple of hours, check back then." Do they not have schedules?!?! WTF.
