because the people sending all the jobs overseas control the politicians.

Acer..I can understand your cynicism but you are so wrong.. There will be many changes when President Obama is re-elected.

There will be tremendous pressure on the right wing element of congress to compromise. And if they do not, you can bet your bippy the Democrats will take control of the House in 2014.

The reason liberal Hollywood elites like Weinstein make films overseas is exactly the same reason a conservative company owner moves their business overseas: to maximize their profit.

The difference is the conservative business owner will tell you he/she is doing that to maximize their profit. A liberal will never admit that because that goes against liberal dogma.
