#1 Posted: 2/8/2013 2:02:20 AM decent Sherlock Holmes in New York City weekly crime drama with Jonny Lee Miller as Holmes and Lucy Liu as Watson. Aidan Quinn plays the American "Inspector Lestrade", Captain Gregson.
good drama with pretty good suspense plots although NO one will EVER top Basil Rathbone, Nigel Bruce and Dennis Hoey as the three main Sir Arthur Conan Doyle characters
plays Thursday nights on CBS |

YES. it's OK but NOT as good as the BBC Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch as Holmes, Martin Freeman as Watson, Rupert Graves as Lestrade and Andrew Scott as "Jim" Moriarty which ran on the PBS Masterpiece series here in the United States. supposedly they are reviving that series in 2013. it's also a "modern" telling of Holmes stories BUT set in Great Britain. |

#5 Posted: 2/8/2013 10:01:32 PM I watched some while I was surfing online... The opening scene obviously caught my attention...
Can't go wrong with Lucy Liu either... I was hopeing she would pop out in that opening scene... but she didn't... |

#6 Posted: 2/10/2013 3:35:01 AM A very solid show. it follows Person of Interest on Thursday night. POI is a fantastic show. Same night Big Bang Theory starts Thursday night for CBS. If they could replace Two and a Half Men with something good it would be the best prime time line-up on any channel on any day. |

#16 Posted: 5/6/2013 3:02:34 PM Thursday May 2 episode was excellent. start of a two part (maybe more) that finally introduces Holmes arch-nemisis Professor Moriarty. two of my fav actors played "associate villains". Vinnie Jones plays the Moriarty "thug" murderer Sebastian Moran while F Murray Abraham plays his "scientific murderer" Daniel Gottlieb. will be interested to see WHO plays Moriarty IF he shows up net week
probably the best episode of the series since it started |

#19 Posted: 5/17/2013 11:32:36 AM crazy finish to this season in the two hour finale. Moriarty finally shows and it's NOT who you would expect. this is definately NOT a traditional Sherlock Holmes |

#21 Posted: 5/26/2013 1:53:00 AM Great first season, those last few episodes made for a very strong ending. And having one of my favorite characters from Snatch was also a plus. |
