I think people don't realize just how dangerous flying a bomber for the 8th Air Force over Europe during WWII was. of dangerous job during WWII, only Japanese pilots and German U-boat crews had higher percentage losses than American bomber crews

The Formula (1980). was on TBS the other night. really good drama with George C. Legend Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 32256 Location: Nevada	#19 Posted: 8/7/2011 2:29:42 PM 12 Monkeys (1995) was on EPIX the other night. had not seen it in years. thought it was a first rate thriller. early Brad Pitt who was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar. a lot of "twists" in the plot as the Bruce Willis character Cole begins to wonder IF he's really from the future or just insain. had kind of a "hanging ending" though.
