#1 Posted: 6/25/2012 11:52:44 PM Why do people get so upset when i talk about games being fixed?
Do people have empirical evidence that every game is not fixed or tampered with? yes or no?
Do i have empirical evidence that every game is fixed or tampered with? No i dont.
Is it impossible that games cannot be fixed or tampered with? Of course not. There has been several hundred cases of games being fixed or tampered with since sports began around the world. These are the ones THAT WE KNOW OF. If someone hasnt been caught, it doesnt mean it is wasnt fixed.
If people take the view point that any game that is fixed or tampered with, then they will get caught, then it is like saying there are no drugs on our streets because everyone who imports them gets caught. Well, we know that few get caught importing, but how many are not getting caught?
The point i am getting to is, on any given day, no one can prove either way, one can only look at the game and make conclusions.
But i want to ask, why do people get really upset when i call fix?
Its as if i am saying your girl friend or wife is friggin other guys..This is the type of responses i am getting...Why get upset? I can understand bookmakers getting upset because all the talk of fix makes normal gamblers lose there faith in the integrity of the sport and will eventually lead to less gambling...
But why do people get upset and angry? Am i ruining a dream or something?

Is there an obligation that you must read or respond to a post that talks about luck or fix?
Would you get fined if you didnt? |

I've written words to this effect god knows how many times to no fcuking avail.
Print the above post out Rostos and 'blu tack' it to your monitor, your fridge, your car steering wheel, your tv remote, your bayonet, your crossbow, your tranquilizer tablets and your inmate tracking system device.....

Where do i start?
You use fixed games as an excuse to why you lose. You have
yourself fooled that you are some type of superstar gambler that only loses a
bet because a) the game was fixed, or b) "luck" (which is a term jealous
losers use and is a mathematical impossibility).
When somebody out there knows more then you and they
capitalise on it you call fix. It's not
a fix, there are a lot more people out there that know a hell of a lot more
then you. There are people who know things before the books know. This is not
corruption, nor is it insider trading. Like when you called corruption when Souths
were backed early in the week when they played the Tigers. You ranted on how
the players and the officials at the club were all in on it because they all knew
benji was out. Benji played, so your "informed" rant was just another
pile of garbage.
When a referee makes a mistake you call fix. Referees are
human, they make mistakes (apparently you don't). They are incompetent fools, are regimented
that way by Harrigan. They are useless, not corrupt.
When a player makes a mistake you cry fix. I don't know how
many players you know, but the ones I know are as dumb as dogshit. The things
they do on the field are not surprising.
You act like a 2 year old every time you lose a bet, blaming
everybody but yourself. This is not the sign a mentally stable person. Spend
more time learning how to price up a game then worrying about conspiracy
theories. Maybe you are not as good at
this game as you think you are (actually, there's no maybe about it). I have more bets in a week then you do in a
year, and if I cried fix over every losing bet I'd be dead of a heart attack.
Do everyone a favour and shut the darn up
