#1 Posted: 4/30/2012 10:38:27 AM Will bet on series where the team lose all three games or four by the same team. So we are betting that the team will not get swept again.
I don't know if anyone have tried this system here. If you do know, please let me know. I bought this system online from a Harvard guy a few years back but never tried it.
If the team we are betting on is underdog, will buy one and a half runs.
today play: KC +1.5 -155 for 1 unit |

#4 Posted: 4/30/2012 4:41:08 PM Looked back last yeat for only the AL and came up with 50- 14 to chase the next series. Got them all but one team.
Teams like KC went 6-1 (to win at least one game following a sweep)after being swept in a series...YOU HAVE TO CHASE THE WHOLE SERIES THOUGH TO COUNT AS A WIN.....
SEA WERE SWEPT 4 TIMES BACK TO BACK (LOST 17 STRAIGHT LAST YEAR) |

I was thinking the same but they just won the first series for this system against det on apr 24 and KC is not a bad road team. Thanks for your input. By the way, have you tried this system before? |

#6 Posted: 4/30/2012 4:51:16 PM Glef, Thanks for your last year test but that was not this system about. Will bet on a team that get swept the first time but not the second time to the same team in the same season.ex: KC get swept by Det earlier in the season. Now we are betting on KC not get swept again by Det. |

#7 Posted: 4/30/2012 4:57:51 PM I don't remember what year it was but one year there were 7 losses.
if your using the martingale method for betting 7 losses = no bankroll
with filters the 7 losses became 1 loss for the year.
this system is better played using the labaurche method

your first bet would be
your a bet and go on line 1
your second bet would be
your b bet and go on line 2
your third bet would be
your c bet and go on line 3
say your a 10$ bettor and
the game your betting on is favored by -150 this is bet A
your first bet on game 1
line would be 15$ to win 10$ if the first bet is lost then
the bet would go down to
line 2 and the 15$ lost would be split between line 1 and line 2
game 1 line: 5-5-5-5
game 2 line 5-5-5-5
game 3 line 5-5-5-5
so it would look like this
game line 1 5-5-5-5-7.5
game line 2 5-5-5-5-7.5
game line 3 5-5-5-5
then if the line on line 2
was lost and the team bet was + 110 underdog game 2 the bet would
be 12.5$ taking the 2 outside numbers to get the 12.5 if you lose a
bet on line 2 then go to bet c and split the numbers again
game line 1 5-5-5-5-7.5
game line 2 5-5-5-5-7.5
– 6.25
game line 3
5-5-5-5-6.25
if game c was lost then
split total amoumt lost on game C between game line 3 and game line 1
for each game won cross
out the 2 outside numbers
if game 1 was lost and
game 2 was won the lines would look like this
game line 1 5-5-5-5-7.5
game line 2 X-5-5-5-X
the 5 and 7.5 would be
crossed off
object is too clear all
lines and raise the bet after 2 lines are cleared
recommended bankroll for
lines above -150 and higher is 200 units
if one line gets out of
hand it's recommended to break it down in smaller numbers and move
some up to a different line.

KC game was canceled last night. The series has only 2 games left so it is no play on KC. |

#17 Posted: 5/7/2012 9:46:13 AM Thanks Dan. Min has a bad record 7-20 25.9% 3-8H. Also LAA is playing better so I skip them. For the record here, will pick team with 40% winning or better. GL |

Can understand your filter to a certain point, but in today's age, I think it is really difficult to sweep a team two times in a row. I would be willing to chase 3 games, especially at home. In their at first 3 game series of this year, the Twins won one of three vs LAA at home. They won tonight as well as a nice home dog. Hindsight is 20/20, but getting generous odds at home over three games is tough to lay off, especially vs a team like the LAA that has done nothing to warrant laying such a high price on the road. One man's opinion.
Nice call on NYY.
Good Luck.

#21 Posted: 5/9/2012 9:10:16 AM Dan, I am trying to avoid teams with the bad record like Min. As of today, they have been swept 4 times already by Tex, Bal, Laa, and Bos. But you never know in gambling, they won big last night. It is your call if you want to bet. If you do, i suggest you have just a small bet on it. GL as always
