I was gonna go out and deal it again this year but I got a full time job recently. I'd like to go for a weekend but not sure if I will be able to.

Yeah, if I had an extra 10k laying around I'd LOVE to go.

Even if i had the extra 10k, I'd enter 6 $1,500 events and leave $ for nightly cash games before I blew the wad on the 10K ME.

seems like a waste of 10K to me, the odds of winning are like being struck by lightning no matter how good of the player

IMO

GL though

It was fun being out there for the summer. Only worked 4-5 days a week from 11-7 and it was about a grand a week. I know many people are like, "the dealers suck"..well when you need several hundred dealers its not that big of a shock that there are some really bad ones. I definitely take a pride in dealing either home games or the WSOP, and do my best to be professional, have fun, respectful to players, and not mess up any hands. Being a poker player, fan, and then dealer it was also really cool to deal to pros that you read about and see on tv and follow.

Great time to visit Vegas, even if you dont play any events its pretty cool just to check it out and meet some cool people. Met and partied with a bunch of poker pros and celebrities. When i go during WSOP time i usually play pit games and most of the time you'll be pretty surprise who sits down next to you.

I am going to go a couple of times during the series... I think the fields are way bigger for the first couple of weeks and then mellows out during the middle.. Then I'm going towards the end to satellite my way in the MAIN>>>>

Unless you win a package for the main event I would not pay the 10k out of your own pocket.
