Both of these teams are known for choking big time in the playoffs so this is a tossup for me. ovetchkin is itching to win a cup so people lay offf of him, and cuz Sid won the olympic and has a cup to show for it , deep down he is pissed , bbut it wont matter even if he does, cuz he is not even close to the category or comparing the 2, cuz Sid is soooooo much better than him, its not even close. with that being said i think ovy will actually come out with energy an strong desire to win this and NYR are used to choking so its guna happen tonight. Washington 3-`2, very exciting game. good luck all

Oki doki..These playoffs have been a bust for me..So fade away.. I get on Holtby he blows..I get on Lundy he blows..I go against Ovi he shines..I go with Tortarella and he stays friggin angry..I cannot get this series right even when I`m fading myself...Now that I have that out my system..Désolé Mon-E but the Rags have caught mad bullpen disease... Its seems that Holtby and Lundy are trading places from game to game..Home ice seems to hold no premise in this conundrum..After watching this series I am tempted to take the Rags getting back to the board game, however there is something about the way Ovi `n Co are playing at the moment that has me thinking otherwise..Ovis was blocking shots` n taking hits all game..Chimera has finally started to play and ice time favors the Caps..Hunter has done a nice distributing it evenly which will only add value if the game goes into OT.. Hate to go against the Tort however he`s been too angry of late for my liking and that never helps a side on trail the holy grail... ___ CAPITALS-[+135] BOLA

The Rangers were 27-12-2 at MSG in the regular season - the second-best mark in the Eastern Conference - and are 4-2-1 at home so far in the postseason. Also, I know Lundqvist is going to come into this game with laser-like focus. Holtby who has impressed the heck out of me might not. He and his fiancee welcomed Benjamin Hunter Holtby into the world on Thursday. Situations like that can go either way, they can be a motivating factor or a distraction. Given Holtby is a 22-year-old rookie, I lean to distraction. With the margin between these teams so thin, and Rangers HOME-ICE-ADVANTAGE combined with the unknown focus of the Caps net-minder, I beleive the Rangers get it done at the Garden and move on to face (and beat) the Devils. Rangers 3 Caps 2.
