#1 Posted: 2/27/2012 2:04:27 PM BETTORS BEWARE...
The rain delay causing
this race to be run at night changes the race completely. Cars that ran
fast on the sun baked track will not be so fast and the same holds true for the
cars that didn't run so well in the qualifying. Also, the track condition is going
to cause the crews to make a ton of changes to the cars and the drivers will
have no practice runs with them. They will be loose at best and the way
this race is run there should be no shortage of crashes. With all of that I
will be looking into some of the longer shots on the board to do well. |

#3 Posted: 2/27/2012 2:36:08 PM How do you figure that cars that are running in the heat of the day and on a slick track run faster than cars that are running when it is much cooler and the track has more grit?
Cooler temps means more HP from the engine.
Seriously, go back to capping golf, as you know ZERO about Nascar and racing in general.

yes they will have no practice runs at night...then who were all those front runners in that race last Saturday night in the shootout ? I guess that they forgot everything from a week ago on that same track |

#8 Posted: 2/27/2012 4:21:22 PM Jo- I didn't say they didn't know how to run at night I just said the track will clearly be different than it would have been during the day.
You guys really can't disagree with that can you?
If the track will run different then you have to agree that it could possibly open the door for some of the longer shots to place better...

You clearly don't know much about me or this forum. Considering favs that win on plate tracks are few and far between, and if you look at my tracked plays over the last 3 years you would know that I am a dog player and always play longshots at the plate tracks...(HIt Bayne last year 175-1 odds that was posted here)
The track will be different, but it will be better for everyone.....much more grip and the engines will run cooler which helps produce max HP out of them.
The point is , go reread what you wrote, you are just plain incorrect....and I was kindly pointing that out to you and anyone else who might read this dribble.

#13 Posted: 2/27/2012 4:51:56 PM Enough said...you're the expert.
BTW, I had Bayne last year as well...made 5 plays & hit one with him...unlucky for me my odds were not 175-1 more like 40 or 50 to 1...whatever.
I will enjoy watching it, no matter what belittling comments you have for me.
Good day.

Good day.
You are more than welcome to join in on our weekly breakdowns, but don't come in for the first time and post incorrect information.....What you posted in your opening thread is WRONG.....I actually probably would be considered an EXPERT by some people as I have been breaking this garbage down for years and have the proven track record to show it.
I guess it bothers me more that you would start an attention grabbing thread and than post info that is just plain wrong.....If I came off as belittling you, well than maybe you will do a little more research first, before posting....
GL on your plays and enjoy the race tonight.

There is so much wrong with this....I can't even imagine what the rest of this thread looks like.
