Things have kind of changed to how they are now... I used to have tons of friends, and now I can say that I am not even sure how many real friends I have anymore...
I sense shadiness both when it is and is not there, this has been proven
However it is not really my fault though as I have been done wrong by a lot of people and Im only human
People just in general are shady, also whenever someone says something or acts a certain way, for some reason I have a tendency to kind of take it in the worst way and assume the worst...
Its kind of a character flaw of mine
So many times I have been right on the money though |

if you tell me your age I can let you know what heart rate to exercise at
then that weak flabby excuse for cardiac muscle can be effectively trained to produce a muscular left ventricle to give you a good stroke volume and hence a great cardiac output
then you will be able to get up a staircase without shortness of breath
and instead of a radial artery that is very weak and thready and a weak brachial and carotid pulse you will be able to enjoy a strong voluminous pulse like the rest of us
