I broke even on Tuesday at Towcester. For those who don’t follow the horses in England, our races are run mainly on grass. This track is a National Hunt Course which means the Horses jump hurdles and fences. Towcester also has the other distinction of having an uphill finish which brings some pretty tight finishes.
If anyone is travelling across the pond at anytime and will be in the East Midlands area, drop me a line and I’ll see if there is a meeting at one of the nearby tracks and take you through the vagaries of form and the betting with a real live bookmaker and not a machine.
And Billy, kept a sharp looking out for dangerous deacons, didn’t spot any!!!!
