Louisiana State -8 vs. Brigham Young from Houston, Texas
LHH, the -8 opener was quickly bet to -11 at SP. Currently -11.5 at 5D. BTW, 5D previously had -14 @-110.

I was hoping for -21 or less to back USC. Quickly bet above that # with all of the WMU losses that you mention.
Under may be worth a look in August when Totals are released. I don't think WMU scores much and their back 7 on D I think can somewhat hold the USC offense to a reasonable point total, say high 30s. Based on both offenses 2016 performance, may still get a pretty high # for the Total.

Well I moved the 5D # to -4 with one wager. Right after I locked in the -3, it was already -4. Not surprising really as discussed in other recent threads.
Note that South Point actually opened NIU -2 and that was quickly bet to BC -2.

YEs, I saw that later. I think with BYU's close game last year, there is still a lot of backing for BYU. I know people that will back LSU will get mocked (beat em up LSU). I think it will be a relatively close game, then LSU will pull away and cover in Q4. Houston is a fertile recruiting ground for LSU. As long as Etling lines up behind center, LSU will grind it out, move the chains, and play D. And I think the 2016 week1 loss to Wisc on a neutral field will motivate them. The 8 to 11.5 move was done predominately by sharps, and not the public, in my opinion. Granted, the public could push it higher, but I think the minus 10-12 range is a good line, if we can get it...

Why?!?!?! BC stinks... a million games to choose from and all you can come up w/ is BC?
I agree BC has some issues, playing on the road at NIU..but, what are your plays that you consider better value than this? right now, I have Texas, LSU, Bama, Kentucky, and Memphis...

So MikeMed - are 100% sure that Thomas Woodson will be 100% for the Penn St. game? Is this 35 pt line a reflection that the books don't believe that he will? The Backup appears to be Nick Johns a tr from NE Oklahoma...They have 4 starters returning on D...I understand Akron has some solid coaches (former Power 5). Plus, Penn State has a revenge game with Pitt in week 2. I disagree that Penn St. is overrated, I think they are legit. But, considering the circumstances with Akron, is that particular line over inflated for that tilt?
