Not going to say I'm going against the grain bc I've seen some good cappers on the over, but I don't think it's a hugely popular play. Total opened 3.5 points heavy 5 weeks ago and I feel like I'm getting a good number here. The rushing game should be Bamas bread and butter tonight, but unlike the NFL, the rushing attack can stop the clock as well. Most of their games that wen tinder this year were due to decent defenses holding Bama to under average or Bamas defense holding their opponents to next to nothing. On the other hand the Irish never needed to be an offensive juggernaut as their defense has played well all year, holding opponents to under 17 in all but one game. Stats aside I honestly believe that this will be the best/diverse offense ND has seen all year simply due to Saban and his game planning. If last year taught us anything, it's that he can exploit weakness like no other.
I could ramble on more about why I made this pick and there are lots of cappers on here much better than I with a lot of good opinions so I'm going to leave you with this. Bama will get their yards on the ground leading to some scores. ND will not go down without a fight (terrible cliche) and I see them getting over the experts TT #. That's all.
