Was hoping to chat with mr.beeston today as he frequents my work place but no such luck.... Can someone please bring me up to speed on what's happening/happened?

Selig was already defending the Marlins' point of view on the trade earlier this week in an interview saying he talked to a couple highly respected people around the league who think the Marlins are making out fairly good with the deal.
