Am I missing something guys? I thought this trade was under review? And if it still is wtf is taking so long?
Was hoping to chat with mr.beeston today as he frequents my work place but no such luck....
Can someone please bring me up to speed on what's happening/happened?

Just Bud Selig being his slow self.

I'd say this trade is 99% a lock. Selig was already defending the Marlins' point of view on the trade earlier this week in an interview saying he talked to a couple highly respected people around the league who think the Marlins are making out fairly good with the deal.
