Cashier did not keep currency as us dollars and my sb needs me to change it, I called moneygram and they want me to go back to the cashier at the store, this happened once before to me and moneygram fixed it over phone and gave me new reference number, is it safe to go back to store, please advise

Yeah it's safe just annoying. Go back and they'll cancel the transaction and start a new one. They should be able to handle it over the phone though
