Hello All,

I started a "system" which I deemed the doesn't make betting system. Basically I looked for reverse line movement on plays with 70%+ of the public on favorites of under 5 points. There was some feel that went behind the system as well. Basically I picked the opposite side of what I normally would pick when a line looked too low or too easy for a good team to cover. Anyhow, these plays which lacked some discipline is currently 17-9 and has netted me a profit of $3850. I have cashed out my profit and now starting with $600. My goal is to utilize this system, the one Rasmussen has used for 1st half unders, and do whatever charlottesports says during NCAA football bowl season and take my $600 to $60,000 in 600 days or sooner. Ultimately I would like to cash out $3000 a month. This is strictly a hobby for me and I hope to stay disciplined and not turn degenerate.

Tonight I will be playing Cleveland +4.5 at home vs Boston. The play doesn't quite meet my parameters but it does baffle me. Throwing $330 to win $300 on the game. And yes, I know, this makes this thread a possible crash and burn. But if I need to change the title to $1600 to $60,000 in 600 days I will.

Cleveland is back from a 4 game road trip and on a few days rest. Boston has lost 3 in a row, currently on their 2nd road game after being beat pretty handedly by Detroit. Both teams suck in my opinion but as I look at the percentages, the public is all over Boston as one would expect yet line has moved from -5 to -4 and I was able to nab it at 4.5. This is just one of those spots where I think the line is fishy enough to want to lure money in on Boston. When that happens I go the other way. I guess I'm a conspiracy theorist.

You're over thinking the line movement on this one... Line is very similar to last year's line, when the Celtics didn't cover it twice. Line movement has nothing to do with this game.

Can they cover 4.5? We'll see in a few minutes

Haha, damn hawgpix, funny you brought that up. You're totally right! I'm not super concerned with half the bankroll since the bankroll is minuscule anyway. But good point on the lack of discipline in day 1.

Keep in mind this is my version of setting a goal and tracking my progress towards it. I am by no means a pro or even a veteran gambler. Just a hobby to make watching sports more enjoyable and sometimes nerve wracking which I dig.

Alrighty, there's one winner. Bankroll now $900. System play on the under at 101.5 on clips/thunder. If it wins I sit, if it loses I double on the 2nd half and consider it a single play. Risking $110 to win $100.

Nice line man. As long as Durant keeps it up and the refs let up on the whistle every time griffin is one on one we should cruise to victory. It is the cheap foul calls that worry me. Lead at 14 now, 5 mins to go!
