Go for color. Color good indicator of antioxidant content.

Berries trump all fruits, and as before the darker berries trump other berries

Blueberry
Blackberry
are top trumps

then
Strawberry
Raspberry
Cranberry

Cantelope, mango, papaya, watermelon. Rotate those around and you'll live to be 150.

Mix some with granola and vanilla low fat yogurt if you're big an bad.

I love pretty much all fruit....try and eat some every day. It's funny because I think bananas are the most overrated fruits on the planet. Everyone loves them, but I think they are mediocre at best.

the local cantelopes that are in season right now are friggin orgasmic

i had forgotten about red grapes, but they've been on sale and between their high sugar content and delicious taste, they make me feel all happy like a little kid again

Watermelon? sangria,,,,,darn the seedless(tasteless) varieties. 'nough said

jersey peaches are towards the end of season, but so long as you're buying the fresh (never chilled) peaches, then just make sure you're not eating them somewhere that you will feel awkward with your big peach boner

plums pluots

granny smith apples should be coming in season

blueberries,,,,,i think i've had about enough of those for the time being

raspberries, blackberries, and white raspberries. if youve never popped your white raspberry cherry, your behind is out

cherries. man are cherries friggin good. i will only buy them when they are in season, so not so much anymore

pineapple is very fun to eat

Here' s the thing about fruit. It's been doctored over time to be so sweet and therefore so high in fructose content, you really need to watch how much of it you are eating. Fructose is bad for you in quantity but it does taste very good and it's like a cocaine response in the body, like JUST GIVE ME ONE MORE HANDFUL OF THEM GRAPES

made a nice garden salad yesterday, watermelon, cukes, toms, and cilantro

I'm 35 now and for about 30 or so years of my life i would be sick at least 3 teams a year. From days of fever, mucas, colds sore throats, bronchitis etc. I used to get real bad asthma from when i was a toddler that i would be in hospital for days. I suffered Asthma until my teens. So i have experienced quite a bit of sickness.

Around 2 years ago since i have drastically changed my diet to Fruits & Veg daily and regularly i have been sick only a handful of times, not even close to how much i used to get sick. This year i haven't been sick once. Maybe just a very mild case of flu where i took panadole and was better within a day or so. That is a drastic change in health!

I can vouch for fruits & veg as a natural preventative! i am living proof of it. For years now i have been having a fruit salad comprised of watermelon, cantelope, banana and apple for breakfast. I would also sprinkle Chia Seeds w/ that. I would have a serve of vegetables at least once a day. Twice on most days. This daily healthy eating habit i think has strengthened my immune system and body. I'm the healthiest i've ever been and in the best shape of my life.........

................now if only i could get some damn sleep life would be friggin perfect

3ball, prior to a few years ago, i would get a nasty cold that would last a week two times a year without fail.  once between december and february and once in the early part of the summer.  once i quit eating wheat and limiting my sugar, i haven't been sick once.  and i have young kids who bring home all sorts of germs.

also, sleep has never been an issue, although i seem to sleep better when i exercise that day and read that night.  two saturdays ago, i woke up at 11:30 after sleeping 11 hours.
