No clue and an by no means a weight lifter.
In fact, havn't stepped foot in a gym in a few months.
I'll hit a gym a couple times a year for maybe a month each trip but everything else is just basic track garbage.
For traps........... pretty easy muscle to work tho. Just shrugs.
I'm old and don't need to hit each body part that often anyway. But, but, but..... I love traps and hit them at a couple different angles when I do hit them. Can't beat by starting off with a shoulder press, some lat raises and finish with some shrugs. Maybe a T bar or find a bench press and shrug that.
